Who is Wamil? A digital marketer with comprehensive experience in paid media across all digital platforms. He started his digital career almost a decade ago with one goal; to provide growth and maximize ROI for all his clients. His main focus is understanding the requirements of each client, setting clear KPIs, and working towards ROI. He believes this can be achieved through a data-driven approach that analyses how audiences interact with the client’s online content to tailor the most suitable strategy. Wamil has a background in web development and is able to tag each touchpoint a user took before conversion and make the customer’s journey more meaningful and profitable to each client. What do you believe will change the digital marketing game? “as a digital marketer, thinking differently is what will change the game. Being able to think outside the box for all your clients will ensure a positive experience and increase ROI.”
Having worked in telecommunications and digital media for almost a decade, he is sure of the future growth of these sectors and the digital landscape.

My experiences have taught me the value of customer interaction, relationship building, and retention. This has made me a better trainer, presenter, problem solver, and conflict manager, due largely to my exposure to the daily operations of telecoms and digital media.
What do you enjoy doing?
I am a lover of chess, gadgets, and the technologies that power these magnificent creations. I am also passionate about computer networks, apps, cameras, and drones. You’ll catch me taking photographs of people and landscapes and editing videos while experimenting with the latest imaging and video production software. For me, the technology always presents something to learn and play with, it is a constant challenge that I enjoy taking on.
